A FIVE-year package of financial measures for rural Wales, worth pounds 795m, became ensnared in wrangling over Tir Mynydd, the subsidy scheme for Welsh hill farmers.
Rural affairs minister Elin Jones yesterday confirmed Wales' Rural Development Plan (RDP) had been approved by Europe after months of tough negotiating.
