Summary
IN a landmark county court judgement in Cumbria,a couple who had bought a rural cottage near Ulverston have been awarded pounds 12,500 compensation for "material misrepresentation" and pounds 2,500 for "nuisance and distress",plus costs.
All of this money will have to be paid by the property's vendors because they did not inform the buyers of plans to build a wind farm within 550 yards of the property.
