PETER Leach is confused. We are realists. Germany gets 15% of its electricity from windfarms but because of their unreliablility have not been able to shut down even one conventional power station.

All of the 1,034 windturbines already installed in Britain would not supply Anglesey Aluminium with their need of 220MW. The 24% load factor for wind is a Welsh Government figure for Wales.
